At Two of you house/pet sitting, we’re committed to delivering your pet products quickly and safely. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days. We currently offer standard shipping and may provide express options at checkout when available.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to become active.

We offer free shipping For people within USA For orders below that threshold, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing an order. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
